An Inconvenient Truth (Not for the Faint of Heart)
Not to be all 'gore-y' but I have now had 2 periods in the last 11 days. And I'm grouchy a lot. This. Sucks.
Hormones - you think you're finished with them after puberty! Why no one tells us these things, i'm not sure. Maybe we need the truth handed out in small doses :) I haven't had any, er, times of the month since March, so i've been a walking case of PMS for 6 months. I must be SUCH a joy to be around! :)
Eat chocolate. It always helps me. I have no idea why, but girl, EAT IT!! :) And i hope you're feeling better today! *Hugs*!!
